Upon signing a representation agreement with the property owner, we start with a thorough review of any existing agreements our clients may have with the Media Service Provider (MSP). If no agreements are in place we work to create and secure the necessary agreements.
Next, using proprietary formulas and criteria, we determine the accurate media value of their unique property. Just as the physical value varies from one property to the next, so does the media value. Every property is valued differently, and there are many variables we consider in determining the maximum amount of value. Once the value is determined, we negotiate with the MSP to secure that maximum compensation and terms of the agreement for the best interest of our clients. The client is paid directly by the MSP.
